Earlier in 2020 I was at a crossroad, feeling lost and unsure of what to do next. I spent the past 5 years in the Cruise World training for my previous employer in destinations across the Caribbean and Central America. Training became my passion, and I knew my greatest joy came from connecting with and developing people. The Cruise Industry had captured my attention and had become family. As one person empowering another through connectivity, I knew I could provide something new and fresh to the Cruise Industry. I wanted to continue to lead and influence change in global tourism.
Lemoneight is a tourism-based consulting firm located in Atlantic Canada. We strongly believe that the customer experience is best shaped by two important components learned through training, and motivation with a focus on leadership-training and public-speaking.
